M + D ~ Summerhill Enniskerry Ireland ~ Documentary Wedding Photography
June 6, 2015
Every single wedding is somehow emotional for me. I try to connect with Bride and Groom in what they actually feel on the day. Sure, it’s one of the most important days in their lives. However, some weddings are closer to my heart. And so it was that day. I met Maeve and Dylan a while back and somehow I knew that this day will be truly special, slightly different than others. Because of missing close family members, I knew that there will be moments of remembrance for those not around them.
And so it was a mixture of great laughs and joy, smiles and happiness, but also very intimate moments that made that day really emotional.
Maeve, surrounded by her three sisters had very calm morning, and once they arrived to the church, the magic was going to happen. Two souls were about to become one.
With great evening part in Summerhill House in Enniskerry, party could only get better. Anywhere I looked, I could find personal touches. Blankets for cold evening, frames with photographs of family members, or white roses calmly laid on water in the glass bowls. Every little detail that made that day complete.
Cannot miss mentioning one of the greatest bands I ever met on Weddings, The Panoramics. They were there, and, oh boy, that was some party. Real madness. I truly enjoyed listening to the beats coming out from speakers.
I shall invite you now to the magic I have witnessed.
